If your meeting has the potential to grow in size, we have the flexibility to increase your committed function space to comfortably accommodate all your attendees.  For the largest of groups, we can also provide clearspan tents.  The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin has several locations ideally suited for tents ranging in size from very small to over 60,000 square feet.  These unique structures, provided by Karl's Event Rentals, eliminate ropes, stakes, poles and weather concerns. They are a state-of-the-art solution when you have a requirement for more space.
